Terms of use
Last updated · 1 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the TickHash website (www.tickhash.cc), the app and the @usetickhash launch bot (together, "TickHash"). By using TickHash or posting a launch command to the bot, you agree to them.
What TickHash does
TickHash reads public posts on X that mention @usetickhash and, when a post matches the launch format, submits a token launch to pump.fun on Solana. TickHash is a software tool. It does not custody your funds, run an exchange, set prices or provide liquidity.
No affiliation, no securities
TickHash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any company whose ticker appears on the platform, nor with the issuers of tokenized stocks used as pairs. Coins launched through TickHash are not shares, securities, or claims on any company or asset, and they don't give anyone rights to dividends, votes or profits.
Not financial advice
Nothing on TickHash is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Your posts
- You are responsible for what you post, including tickers, names and images you use for a coin.
- Don't use TickHash to impersonate people or companies, mislead others, infringe rights, or break the law.
- TickHash may skip, rate-limit or refuse any post, and may pause the bot at any time.
- On-chain launches can't be undone. TickHash can hide coins from its own website but can't remove them from the blockchain.
Third parties
TickHash depends on X, pump.fun, Solana, wallet providers and other third-party services. Their terms apply to your use of them, and TickHash isn't responsible for their availability, fees or actions.
No warranty, limited liability
TickHash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickHash and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of TickHash, launched coins, or third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TickHash means you accept the update.
